The facility was very clean and seemed fresh. Location was perfect. Employees were cleaning, mopping, and even blowing the parking area off constantly. The staff was always professional and kind. Nice having a pool table in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant that is beside the hotel, good food walkable distance.

Everything was great EXCEPT, the toilet didn't have water going to it and the lavatory popup didn't work. I addressed my concerns with the front desk and they assured me someone would be contacting me to make it right... Haven't heard from them yet though. Otherwise my stay was good.

Breakfast was amazing Flexible with me when I called to notify that my flights were delayed and kept my reservation till I arrived Staff cleaned my room as promised every other day Prime location within great areas Staff was friendly to every problem I had

I liked the location ..it was close to all the places we wanted to travel to. I liked the breakfast the following morning ..rooms were comfortable . The complimentary tea and coffee setup was great. Staff was friendly

I really liked that the shampoo/condition and body wash were supplied in a normal size, not travel size. The wall thermostat for the ptac was a huge plus! The fresh coffee 24/7 was my favorite!
